Description:
1998 by Gilly Rogers. There are two old capstans at either end of the dock, lit inside at night, with 8 resin blocks inset round the top, containing clay pipes and white feathers. There are two pairs of bronze shoes, one a lady's shoe, the other a man's shoe. Commissioned by North Tyneside Arts.
