Description:
North Shields, 15th Jan 1827. The ARRIVAL, (Master Bruce), from Cardiff to Aberdeen, came to anchor within the Bar, and soon after drove upon the Herd in a gale and sunk and it is feared will be wrecked. Crew saved by the lifeboat; part of the materials saved.
