Gosforth, Great North Road, Three Mile Inn
Built by James Deuchar in 1938. Described thus "no finer example of the modern road-house can be found… Built of Kenton stone, its pillared portico gives it a neo-Georgian style". A grill room was added in 1965. There have been several extensions and alterations since then.
