Brunton, Greenfield Road, Royal George Public House
In 1955 a pub called the Flying Saucer was planned to be built here to serve Brunton Park estate. However the Royal George was built in 1965. Described as a 'new house, with a warm, green pantiled roof, reminiscent of the Dutch-style'. There were two rooms, a lounge and buffet.
