Tulloch Arms was being leasd by Robert Deuchar for £200 per annum when it closed in 1934, a victim of the magistrates' programme of licence-reduction. In their defence, the owners of the Tulloch Arms had unsuccessfully argued that their was a special case, being 'the type of house frequented by people preferring comfortable accommodation in moderate sized rooms rather than the noise of the long bar and the large smoke room'. Exact location unknown.
