Description:
The Ship Hotel was built c.1850. It was located on the corner of Long Row and High St West. It had the clock on its northern wall above High Street West. Date of closure unknown. The building was demolished in 1985 to make way for a new bank. The first floow as also used for the Wallsend Constitutional Club.
