Description

Crawcrook Mill, Corn. The 1st edition Ordnance Survey mapping shows an associated Mill Dam and sluice. Possibly same site as a medieval mill (HER 525). In circa 1999 stonework was apparently found during the installation of drains or water mains. In 2001 stone masonry was still visible on the surface.
