This 2-storey former Salvation Army Citadel in the style of a medieval fortress, now a shop, is dated 1891. It is in bright red brick with terracotta and ashlar dressings, and has a Welsh slate roof. A corbelled roof parapet has a central painted ashlar panel with the date 1891 incised in large well-cut figures. The interior has some 19th century stucco ceiling detail. Demolished.
