Description:
Circa 1820. Red brick, stone dressings and slate roof. Two storeys above a semi-basement. An elegant little house. Three bays, original sashes. The 2 outer bays have shallow bow windows. The central entrance has a Tuscan doorcase with columns and open pediment. Good fanlight. Stone quoins and continuous stone cills to ground and first floor windows. See "A History of Westoe".
