Description:
Late C17. Brick and stone. Small square building with scrolled parapet, corner pinnacles and short obelisk. Originally built for Robert Trollop (d 1686), Architect of Newcastle Guildhall, Capheaton and other country houses. Adopted by the Green family in the C19 when much of the brickwork was renewed. LISTED GRADE 2
