              Structure
          Description
              Concrete structure protruding from the south bank just to the northeast of a fork in the central waggonway. Structure measures approximately 10m across and 3m high and includes a central, rectangular alcove measuring 3m x 1.5m. Structure originally built of yellow brick but completed faced in shuttered concrete and inset with several ceramic pipes for bank drainage. Function unknown but possibly an emergency refuge adjacent to a spur of the waggonway running south of the coke works.
